Patient Experience Roundtable
Leading Change & Transformation in Healthcare
The Patient Experience Roundtable will bring together executive senior patient experience champions from around Australia to brainstorm and collaborate on the most important issues affecting organisations in patient experience. Facilitated by Founder & CEO of Energesse, Dr Avi Ratnanesan, this collaborative learning experience will give key industry leaders, managers and Patient Experience Champions a ‘high value’ opportunity to deep dive into challenging issues and share best practices in an engaging manner.
The breakout sessions are also intended to forge deeper connections and a community of practice that will enhance industry competencies, knowledge of technical solutions, leadership, behavioural engagement as well as methods of execution.

Dr Avnesh Ratnanesan (Avi) CEO, Energesse
Dr Avnesh Ratnanesan, is a thought-leader and expert on practical methods for improving patient experience and consumer engagement in the health setting. Dr Avi delivers keynote presentations to help organisations motivate, inspire and educate their leaders, employees, clinicians and staff to create positive change by thinking differently. He is a global thought leader with over 20 years of experience across various careers including as a former medical practitioner, corporate strategist and technology entrepreneur driven by social impact. As a health futurist, Dr Avi helps organisations become more patient-centered, sometimes also referred to becoming more person, client or customer-centered and help them truly understand how to meet and exceed expectations. Having trained CEO’s, managers and frontline staff, he is also brilliant at helping people align with their purpose and improve their emotional intelligence, communication skills and performance in a successful way.
Sharon Dayus Patient Experience Specialist
Sharon is a UK registered nurse with over 18 years acute nursing experience, 11 of which were in critical care at senior level. Sharon left frontline nursing to work on the successful implementation of a £20million Electronic Medical Record system at a large university teaching hospital in the UK. She has relocated to Sydney, Australia and remains passionate about improving patient care standards with special interest in how digital solutions and technology can help achieve this.
